There is a profound difference between a kilt that is made to a size and one that is made for a person.

At Bee Kilted by Jenny, every kilt is individually crafted by hand, with the patience, precision and understanding that traditional kiltmaking demands.

This is not production-line Highland wear. It is bespoke tailoring in tartan.

From the moment the cloth is selected, every decision is considered. The scale and character of the tartan, the placement of the sett, the direction of the pleats and the shaping of the garment are all brought together to create something entirely individual.

Hats and accessories that are hand-knitted, on needles, for heads that like style, colour, quality and a touch of luxury.

They are hats for heads that are out and about: dog walking, sailing, hiking, fishing or just enjoying the glorious Scottish countryside and weather, there are even hats for just being out and about in town.

Each Bonnet is unique, patterns maybe repeated but the colours, wool mixes and beeblies* vary.  

While every effort is made to source sutainable materials and support local industry, the final criteria is always would I wear it and does it feel good.

Every item by Jenny comes with its own hand-knitted Bumblebee.

*( a beeblie, according to Granny Annie, is a wee minor mistake, that adds character!)
